细化优化镇静/镇痛促进全麻转型升级

根据镇静水平可将麻醉深度细分为轻度、中度、深度镇静/镇痛及全身麻醉4级，其脑电双频指数（BIS）值依次为80~90、70~80、60~70、40~60。如果将全身麻醉向镇静镇痛升级，就可使麻醉安全有大的提升。由于镇静和镇痛药物的多元化及神经阻滞的发展，镇静镇痛效果进一步优化，从而可取代全身麻醉。尽管深度镇静镇痛优于全麻，但麻醉风险依然同样存在。术前应准备好风险防治措施，术后应促进患者康复。
