目的:采用HPLC法测定羟基红花黄色素A的含量方法:以Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇0.5%磷酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相进行洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为403 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在20.44~245.28μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000 0)范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率为99.58%(RSD=1.20%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、重复性好
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A by HPLC.Methods: Diamonsil C_ (18) (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.5% phosphoric acid (25:75) The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) and the detection wavelength was 403 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The mass concentration of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of 20.44-245.28 μg · ml -1 (r = 1.000 0) showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery was 99.58% (RSD = 1.20 %, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible
