目的观察抗衰I号方对亚急性衰老小鼠血清MAO-B活性及脑蛋白含量的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠模型。分离脑组织称重计算脑指数;采用紫外分光光度法测定小鼠血清MAO-B活性;考马斯亮蓝测定小鼠脑组织中蛋白含量。结果与模型组比较,抗衰1号方各给药组均能不同程度降低血清中MAO-B活性(P<0.05),增加脑蛋白含量(P<0.05),对脑指数无显著性影响。结论抗衰I号方抗衰老作用机理可能与其降低血清MAO-B活性,提高脑蛋白含量有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Anti-Decoction I on serum MAO-B activity and brain protein content in subacute aging mice. Methods D-galactose induced subacute aging mouse model. Brain tissue was weighed to calculate the brain index; the activity of MAO-B in the serum of the mice was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; the content of protein in the brain tissue of mice was measured by Coomassie Brilliant Blue. Results Compared with the model group, the anti-Hao No.1 Decoction could decrease the activity of MAO-B in serum (P <0.05) and increase the content of brain protein (P <0.05), but had no significant effect on the brain index. Conclusion The anti-aging mechanism of anti-decay I-square may be related to the decrease of serum MAO-B activity and the increase of brain protein content.
