作为选修课的中国法制史,其开设目的就是丰富学生的专业知识,开阔他们的视野,寻找学生的兴趣点,然后可以有所侧重的分类培养。可实际情况却是选修课大多流于形式,没有起到开设中国法制史的目的。为此需要进行相应地教学改革。首要是完善教师的知识结构和教学技能,提升教师的职业精神和道德情操;其次是重点强化训练中国法制史课所需要的历史学和法学的知识及理论方法;最后改变传统教学模式,更新教学理念,补充教学内容,尝试互动教学,发挥学生在教学互动中的积极性和主动性,在参与中提高学生发现和解决问题的能力,以实现开设法制史课的意义。
As an elective course of China’s legal history, its purpose is to enrich the students ’professional knowledge, broaden their horizons, find students’ points of interest, and then can focus on the classification of training. In practice, most of the elective courses are mere formality and do not serve the purpose of establishing the history of Chinese legal history. To this end, the corresponding teaching reform is needed. The first is to improve the teacher’s knowledge structure and teaching skills, to enhance teachers’ professionalism and moral sentiment. Second is to strengthen the knowledge and theoretical methods of history and jurisprudence required for the training of Chinese legal history class. Finally, the traditional teaching model should be changed to update the teaching Concept, supplement teaching content, try interactive teaching, give play to students’ enthusiasm and initiative in teaching interaction, and improve the ability of students to find and solve problems in the process of participation so as to realize the significance of the course of legal history.
