目的总结应用萘哌地尔结合中药排石汤治疗碎石后输尿管结石的疗效和体会。方法回顾性分析100例碎石后输尿管结石患者的临床资料,其中治疗组50例采用萘哌地尔结合中药排石汤治疗,对照组50例仅应用中药排石汤治疗。结果治疗组有效率92%,对照组有效率80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论萘哌地尔结合中药排石汤能有效提高结石治愈率,缩短疗程。
Objective To summarize the curative effect and experience of using naftopidil combined with traditional Chinese medicine Paishi Decoction to treat postoperative ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with ureteral calculi after lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with naftopidil combined with traditional Chinese medicine Paishi Decoction, and 50 in the control group were only treated with Paishi Decoction. Results The effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Naftopidil combined with traditional Chinese medicine Paishi Decoction can effectively improve the cure rate of stones and shorten the course of treatment.
