大豆生产关键作业环节适时性损失规律是影响大豆产量及效益的重要因素,也是优化大豆生产机器系统的重要依据。以北安地区大豆收获作业为研究对象,采用去除边界效应、控制单一变量、随机区组等试验法设计试验方案,确定每日收获大豆小区分布;依据罗曼诺夫斯基准则剔除异常试验数据,运用SPSS统计分析软件对试验数据进行回归分析,得到北安地区大豆收获量及收获适时损失率随收获日期呈二次函数规律变化。试验条件下,北安地区大豆最佳收获日为10月6日。试验结果为合理确定该地区大豆收获日期提供理论依据,为农业机器系统优化提供参考。
The law of timely loss of key operations in soybean production is an important factor affecting soybean yield and benefit, and is also an important basis for optimizing the soybean production machine system. Taking the soybean harvesting operation in Bei’an area as the research object, the experiment scheme was designed by removing boundary effect, controlling single variable, randomized block and other experimental methods to determine the distribution of soybean plot harvested daily. Based on the Romanovsky criterion, Using SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct regression analysis of the experimental data, the yield and the timely loss rate of soybean in Bei’an area were quadratic function changes with the harvest date. Under the experimental conditions, the best harvest date for soybean in Bei’an area is October 6th. The test results provide a theoretical basis for reasonably determining the date of soybean harvest in this area and provide a reference for the optimization of agricultural machine system.
