协议供货是政府采购领域一种比较普遍的做法。随着高校被纳入政府采购的范围,高校开始实行协议供货。协议供货凭借其自身的优势和特点,成为了高校采购工作中的一种重要方式,正在发挥越来越大的作用。由于相关制度与流程的不完善以及高校采购工作的相对特殊性,导致高校在协议供货采购中出现了一些问题,本文从协议供货的特点和优势入手,指出高校协议供货采购中存在的问题并提出相应的解决办法。
Agreement delivery is a common practice in government procurement. As colleges and universities are included in the scope of government procurement, colleges and universities began to implement the agreement supply. Supply of the agreement by virtue of its own advantages and characteristics, has become an important way in the procurement of colleges and universities, is playing an increasingly important role. Due to the imperfectness of relevant systems and processes and the relative particularity of university procurement, colleges and universities have some problems in the supply and purchase of agreements. Starting with the characteristics and advantages of agreement supply, this paper points out the existence of Problem and put forward the corresponding solution.
