分析160例经手术和病理证实的脑膜瘤脑电图。颅盖部脑膜瘤脑电图特征是在正常背景活动基础上,出现局灶散在δ波或伴有痫灶(37.9%),其局灶异常随肿瘤缓慢生长而有一个经“正常”、轻微到明显的过程。定位率85.2%。颅底部与脑室内脑膜瘤脑电图亦在正常背景活动基础上,除嗅沟、蝶骨脊及侧脑室部的局灶散在δ波可反映至相应的脑叶外,余均符合中线深部肿瘤的特点,但少数(10.7%)累及中线结构表现为弥漫性异常.大多数(89.3%)为“正常”。定位率仅36.9%。因其特征与恶性胶质瘤脑电图(多在弥漫性异常背景活动基础上,局灶性多形性δ波突出)宛然有别,故对其良性肿瘤性质的判断也有较大价值。
