目的观察干扰素栓(重组人干扰素-α2a栓,商品名奥平)联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法用干扰素栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂92例,微波治疗术前、术后用药1~2个疗程,同时与83例单用微波治疗者做对比。结果治疗组痊愈率97.83%,对照组73.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组,阴道流液、流血时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论干扰素栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂能提高治愈率,减少不良反应,加速创面愈合。
Objective To observe the curative effect of interferon suppository (recombinant human interferon-α2a suppository and trade name Oppin) in combination with microwave treatment of cervical erosion. Methods Interferon suppository combined with microwave treatment of cervical erosion in 92 cases, microwave treatment before and after treatment with 1 to 2 courses of treatment, while with 83 cases of single microwave treatment were compared. Results The cure rate was 97.83% in the treatment group and 73.49% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was statistical difference between vaginal fluid and bleeding time Significance (P <0.001). Conclusion Interferon suppository combined with microwave treatment of cervical erosion can improve the cure rate, reduce adverse reactions and accelerate wound healing.
