某种癌细胞,在诱导分化物质的作用下,可向类似正常细胞分化.伴随分化,发现有多种表现形式,其中与细胞膜的结构和机能改变有关的地方不少。骨髓性白血病细胞,通过种种诱导分化物质向成熟的颗粒细胞和巨噬细胞分化,发现白血病细胞有形态学改变,粘附性、趋化性、吞噬功能等机能与细胞膜有关。另外发生分化的细胞增殖能力也低下,同时引起白血病的性质也消失。因而,对于这样分化成熟的白血病细胞,认为诱导分化物质可能是一种抗白血病剂。近年来开展诱导分化疗法的研究进展很快。作者认为,这种细胞诱导分化与细胞膜的各种性能的改变有关.
A certain kind of cancer cells, under the action of differentiation-inducing substances, can differentiate into similar normal cells. Along with differentiation, various manifestations are found, among which there are many places related to changes in the structure and function of cell membranes. Myeloid leukemia cells differentiate into mature granulosa cells and macrophages through various differentiation-inducing substances. It was found that leukemic cells have morphological changes, and adhesion, chemotaxis, phagocytosis and other functions are related to the cell membrane. In addition, the cell proliferation ability of the differentiated cells is also low, and the nature of the leukemia also disappears. Thus, for such differentiated and mature leukemia cells, it is considered that the differentiation-inducing substance may be an anti-leukemia agent. In recent years, research on differentiation-inducing therapy has progressed rapidly. The author believes that this kind of cell induced differentiation is related to the change of various properties of the cell membrane.
