目的通过对广州市某印刷包装企业职业病危害控制效果评价,提出相应的控制技术和措施,并探讨适用于职业病危害评价的化学品分类控制技术。方法运用化学品分类控制技术原理,对印刷包装企业的生产工艺和作业环境进行职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测,分析职业病危害因素的危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。结果对印刷包装企业各岗位存在的化学毒物进行了分析,判断各岗位的危险度和暴露级别,通过全面通风、工程控制、密闭控制等可有效控制和消除印刷企业职业病危害。结论化学品分类控制技术运用到建设项目职业病危害评价中,可为预防、控制和监督工业企业职业病危害提供科学依据。
Objective To evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards in a printing and packaging enterprise in Guangzhou and put forward corresponding control techniques and measures, and discuss the chemical classification control techniques applicable to the evaluation of occupational hazards. Methods The chemical classification control technique was applied to investigate occupational health hazards and occupational hazards in production process and operating environment of printing and packaging enterprises. The hazard degree of occupational hazards was analyzed, and the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects were evaluated. Results The chemical poisons in various positions of printing and packaging enterprises were analyzed to judge the risks and exposure levels of various posts. The occupational hazards of printing enterprises could be effectively controlled and eliminated through comprehensive ventilation, engineering control and confined control. Conclusion The application of chemical classification control technology to the evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects can provide a scientific basis for preventing, controlling and supervising the occupational hazards of industrial enterprises.
