With the increase of vocabulary and the improvement of reading ability, English learning in high school is prone to polarization. In view of this situation, most teachers pay attention to grasping differences and promoting excellence, while ignoring the cultivation of intermediate students’ learning. “Intermediate students” are often quiet, introverted, cautious, self-respect, virtue, and learning performance. In English class, I would not dare to have a direct contact with the teacher. For example: "Don’t dare to look up at the teacher, dare not answer questions boldly, and can’t read soundly at a long time. If things go on like this, their inferiority complex will gradually develop and interest in learning will continue to diminish. The grades retreated and eventually turned into a corner that was forgotten by teachers. ”
