为了研究干燥滚筒中颗粒运动所形成的料帘质量,建立滚筒的三维仿真模型,采用离散单元法对骨料颗粒在滚筒内摩擦和碰撞等运动过程进行数值模拟,并分析了滚筒在生产参数和叶片结构参数发生改变的情况下滚筒内料帘的分布情况。仿真分析结果表明:干燥滚筒的生产参数和扬料叶片的结构参数均会对筒内料帘的形成造成影响,所以,合理地选择滚筒参数可以使骨料颗粒在筒内形成均匀的料帘,使得颗粒与筒内热气流充分接触,有利于颗粒与热气流之间的换热,从而提高干燥滚筒的生产效率。
In order to study the curtain quality of dry drum, the three-dimensional simulation model of the drum is established. The discrete element method is used to simulate the movement of aggregate particles in the drum. The influence of the production parameters and Leaf structure parameters in the case of changes in the roller curtain material distribution. The results of simulation analysis show that both the production parameters of drying drum and the structural parameters of lifting blades will affect the formation of material curtain in drum. Therefore, the reasonable choice of drum parameters can make aggregate particles form uniform curtain in drum, Making the particles fully contact with the hot gas flow in the cylinder, which is beneficial to the heat exchange between the particles and the hot gas flow, so as to improve the production efficiency of the drying cylinder.
