在3年前,我们开始思考一个问题:既然出现了恶化的物流配送,那么供应链管理该如何去做?这也是中国零售企业在追求规模扩张到精细化管理时所要思考的一个供应链问题。
Three years ago, we started to think about the question: how should supply chain management be implemented because of deteriorating logistics and distribution? This is also a supply chain problem for Chinese retailers in their pursuit of scale expansion to fine management.
