制备了表面镀有TiO2薄膜的自清洁陶瓷.利用XRD、AES和原位光催化反应等方法研究了其光催化降解油酸的特性,考察了热处理条件、膜厚度、光照时间和陶瓷表面油酸浓度等光催化膜制备与反应条件对自清洁陶瓷光催化活性的影响.研究结果表明.油酸光降解为动力学一级反应;自清洁陶瓷的光催化活性决定于负载光催化膜的晶相组成、晶粒大小及其比表面积.
A self-cleaning ceramic surface-coated with TiO2 film was prepared. The characteristics of photocatalytic degradation of oleic acid were studied by XRD, AES and in-situ photocatalytic reaction. The effects of heat treatment conditions, film thickness, illumination time and concentration of oleic acid on the surface of ceramic were investigated. Effect of ceramic photocatalytic activity. Research indicates. The photodegradation of oleic acid is a kinetic first-order reaction. The photocatalytic activity of self-cleaning ceramics depends on the crystalline phase composition, grain size and specific surface area of photocatalytic films.
