秋季来临,很多地方都有“贴秋膘”的饮食习惯。过了一个长久的炎热夏季,似乎是该补补了。但是,对于糖友来说,“贴秋膘”要适当。因为血糖和生活习惯是一个长期的过程,如果在饮食上忽然改变较大的话,血糖也会不大适应的。所以,建议在这个秋季里,糖友们还是要经常坚持一些良好的饮食习惯,比如,经常吃一些蔬菜吃一些素食,以保证血糖的持续良好状态。这期就介绍几道家常素食菜,希望糖友们喜欢。
