2010年11月24日,新疆油田公司消防支队研发的新型消防车水罐冬季低温加热装置通过相关部门验收。与此同时,该支队投资25.2万元加工6套水罐加热装置,分别安装在6个基层大队的消防车罐体上,发热效果和各部件运行良好,均达到了预期效果。该项目核心加热装置选用德国威百斯特燃油加热器制成。装置采用3.2 cm的高效散热盘管,通过对消防车水罐附加散热盘管内的防冻液进行加热后,在热传递的作用下,使水罐内的水温上升,达到水罐防冻效果。
