新课改深切关怀生活问题和实践观点,既体现关注学生个性成长的教育理念,又饱含培养教师人文素养的教育要求。如果教师不体察生活、不关心学生,他怎能引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观呢?如果教师不关爱自身、不深入学习,他如何达到新课改对教师提出的新素质要求呢?所以,重视政治教师的人文素质培养,既有利于教师的职业发展,更有利于提高思想政治课教学的时效性。具体而言,我们可以从三个方面来培养思想政治教师的人文素质。

Specifically speaking, we can cultivate the humanistic qualities of the ideological and political teachers from three aspects.
