韭菜灰霉病是冬春季冷棚韭菜普遍发生的重要病害。通常多于12月初发病,随着韭菜的生长发育,病情逐渐加重,并可延续到来年4月下旬。而且病叶常伴有霉味,使品质下降。有时致使韭菜贮运中,病叶出现湿腐型症状,完全湿软腐烂,表面产生灰霉。因此必须重视韭菜灰霉病的防治。发病条件低温高湿、光照不足是灰霉病发生蔓延的主要条件。温度在15℃~21℃,空气相对湿度在85%以上,病害容易流行。棚内温度连续数日处于忽高忽低情况时,可降低韭菜的抵抗力,发病重。氮肥过多、磷钾肥不足、营养不协调的韭菜田,容易发病。
