在云南省电力局九项专业技术监督工作中,宣威发电厂电气试验班所属的继电保护组,夺得了云南电网1995年度继电保护专业劳动竞赛流动红旗;该班所属的高压试验组荣获1986、1989、1991、1993、1995年度“云南省电力局绝缘监督先进集体”光荣称号。1996年4月电力部授予宣威发电厂电气试验班“安全生产先进集体”光荣称号。这些荣誉的取得,来源于该班严格执行电力安全生产规程和厂内各项安全制度。主要经验是:以班组建设为龙头,安全管理为中心,规章制度为依据,技术业务为基础,团结协作为保证。有效地保证了安全生产。 一、建立制度 明确责任 1993年12月电气试验班在三项制度改革中,由继电保护、高压试验、电气仪表三个专业班合并组成。共有职工26名,其中大专文化程度12名,中专6名,技校3名,初中5名。成立之初,该班结合实际,制定了班组建设规划和安全生产工作目标。同时制定
