人们常说,熟悉的地方看不到风景,熟悉的人物已不再有故事。聆听完管建刚老师的讲座《“敏感力”训练》后,我有了顿悟,有了一些思考。我们对学生进行“敏感力”训练,就是为了打开学生的心门,使禁锢的美好心灵得以释放,让教者走进学生的心里,让学生在自己的心尖上舞蹈。一、生活中,发掘敏感力生活中,处处有风景。而孩子们难以捕捉到美丽的风景,特别是一些细节,这就需要老师用手指着那个方向,指引着,一同前往。1.绿萝“哭”了
