我院胸外科1984年1月～1985年12月,经手术切除病理证实之食管癌、贲门癌患者共155例。本组患者术前均进行了食管钡餐X线造影检查、食管拉网细胞学检查和纤维食管镜检查。现整理各项临床资料,就有关食管癌、贲门癌临床诊断方面的问题,加以讨论。
In our hospital from January 1984 to December 1985, a total of 155 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancers were confirmed by surgical resection. In this group of patients, preoperative esophageal barium meal X-ray examination, esophageal pull cytology and fiber esophagoscopy were performed. We will collate all clinical data and discuss the clinical diagnosis of esophageal and cardiac cancers.
