通过热力学计算得出,Na_2TiF_6被Al还原的化学反应自由能,并通过电位差计法测量真空铝热还原氟钛酸钠和氟化钠的混合物过程的反应临界温度。结果表明该过程在600℃即可发生。真空还原产物经X射线衍射、扫描电镜及X射线荧光谱分析后可知,改变实验原料中Al粉添加量,直接影响还原产物成分及形貌,且副产物为铝电解工业重要原料——Na_3AlF_6。真空条件下,还原产物金属钛及钛合金可与另一产物——Na_3AlF_6达到彻底分离。
The chemical reaction free energy of Na_2TiF_6 reduced by Al was obtained by thermodynamic calculation. The reaction critical temperature in the process of vacuum hydrothermal reduction of the mixture of sodium fluorotitanate and sodium fluoride was measured by potentiometric method. The results show that the process can occur at 600 ℃. The results of XRD, SEM and XRD showed that the amount of Al powder in the raw materials was changed, which directly affected the composition and morphology of the products. The by-product was Na3AlF6, an important raw material for aluminum electrolysis industry. Vacuum conditions, the reduction products of titanium metal and titanium with another product - Na_3AlF_6 to achieve complete separation.
