The new curriculum reform requires high school English teachers to change their teaching strategies. Based on the characteristics of high school students’ physical and mental development and cognitive features, the paper tries to find suitable teaching methods for the students in this high school, and conducts English classroom teaching activities for each high school student in a targeted manner.
