高粱是玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee)的寄主之一,利用高粱自身的抗螟性筛选抗源,培育抗螟品种,是综合防治螟虫的重要环节。作者在1980年从来自全国的1,009份原始材料中筛选出29份抗螟材料,于1981年和从印度引进的3份抗螟原始材料同期播种,进行人工接虫,筛选出了高抗螟型材料2份,中抗型3份,微抗型2份。一、材料和方法 1.小区中水肥地,前茬高粱,2行区,45.6尺~2,2次重复,随机排列。 2.材料 5月6日播种,心叶末期(6月27—28日)和抽穗前期(7月8—10日)
Sorghum is one of the hosts of Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee. Using sorghum’s own resistance to rice stem borer to screen the resistant source and cultivate the anti-stem borer is an important part of the comprehensive control of stem borer. In 1980, 29 anti-borers were screened from 1,009 raw materials from all over the country.
