1台ABG423型摊铺机在摊铺宽9m、厚300mm水稳层时,出现行走无力现象。由于工程紧张,没能停机维修,后来行走无力的现象愈来愈严重,以至于将摊铺时行走速度调到6m/min,实测行走速度只有1m/min。将发动机油门置于最大位置,发动机转速达到额定转速(2300r/min)以上,发动机未出现冒黑烟和声音发闷现象,摊铺机行走速度没有增加,液压系统的噪声有所增大,同时发出“嘶嘶”的响声。
