目的:探讨基层妇幼保健机构开展新生儿听力筛查的最佳时间和操作方法,以提高新生儿听力筛查的覆盖率,筛查出听力障碍儿童,对其进行早期干预、治疗。方法:由该所的专业听力筛查医师采用美国G rason-Stad ler公司的GSI 70自动耳生发射听力筛查仪对扬中市各接产医院的新生儿进行听力筛查。结果:出生后≤2天、3天、4~7天、8~28天和>28天5组的初次筛查通过率分别为58.15%、81.50%、90.72%、95.78%和97.33%。结论:出生后4~7天、8~28天和>28天组听力筛查通过率显著增高。结合产妇的住院分娩时间,在基层县市广泛开展新生儿听力筛查的最佳时间为出生后的3~28天。
Objective: To explore the best time and operation method of maternal and child health care institutions to carry out newborn hearing screening in order to improve the coverage rate of neonatal hearing screening, screening out hearing-impaired children and to make early intervention and treatment. Methods: The professional audiology screening physicians used the GSI 70 Automatic Ear Eardrop Hearing Screening System of Gardon-Stadler Company in the United States to carry out hearing screening on the newborns at various clinics in Yangzhong City. Results: The initial screening pass rates of 5 days after birth were less than 2 days, 3 days, 4 to 7 days, 8 to 28 days and> 28 days were 58.15%, 81.50%, 90.72%, 95.78% and 97.33%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Hearing screening rates were significantly increased at 4 to 7 days, 8 to 28 days, and> 28 days after birth. Combined with maternal hospital delivery time, the best time to carry out neonatal hearing screening in primary and secondary counties is 3 to 28 days after birth.
