对22个杂交中籼稻组合分析结果表明:现有杂交中籼稻组合的碾米和外观品质无一组合全部达到部颁食用优米2级标准,主要差距在整精米率低、垩白面积和垩白米率较大上;整精米率、垩白面积和垩白米率组合间差异较大,变异系数较高。整精米率与垩白面积呈显著负相关,与糙米率和精米率呈显著正相关,与粒长、长宽比、垩白米率无显著相关。垩白面积与其它性状无显著相关。垩白米率与粒宽呈极显著正相关。在优质杂交中籼稻选育中应把降低垩白面积和垩白米率作为主攻目标。对现有三系材料首先应改良不育系的垩白。
The results of 22 combinations of indica rice showed that none of the combinations of milled rice and appearance quality of the indica hybrid rice of the existing hybrid rice reached the grade 2 standard of excellent yumi rice consumption. The main differences were the low whole milled rice ratio, the chalkiness area and the chalkiness The rate of white rice is bigger; the difference between the rate of whole milled rice, the area of chalky area and the rate of chalky rice is larger, and the coefficient of variation is higher. There was a significant negative correlation between milled rice rate and chalkiness area, positive correlation with brown rice rate and milled rice rate, but no significant correlation with grain length, aspect ratio and chalkiness rice rate. There was no significant correlation between chalky area and other traits. Chalk rice rate and grain width was extremely significant positive correlation. In high-quality hybrid indica rice breeding should reduce the chalky area and chalky rice rate as the main target. The first three lines of the existing CMS should be improved chalkiness.
