近几年,我们在基层思想政治教育中,运用对话式教育收到了良好效果。下面是我们的一些做法和体会。一、选好主题,确保对话导向正确。一是从现实生活中选主题。主题理论性要浅,现实性要强,让官兵一听就懂、开口能讲、有话可对。二是从热点问题中选主题。热点问题为官兵所关注,兴趣浓厚,参与率高,讨论有深度。三是从正面选主题。现实生活中有不少消极腐败现象,如果从反面选主题,就会适得其反,扩大消极影响,给官兵造成混乱。
In recent years, we have achieved good results in using interactive education in grassroots ideological and political education. Here are some of our practices and experiences. First, select the theme to ensure that the dialogue is oriented correctly. First, choose the topic from real life. Thematic theory should be shallow, realistic and stronger, so that officials and soldiers will understand, speak to speak, if anything. The second is to select topics from the hot issues. Hot issues concern for officers and men, strong interest, high participation rate, depth of discussion. Third, choose the theme from the front. There are many negative and corrupt phenomena in real life. If we choose the theme from the opposite side, we will be counterproductive. We will expand the negative impact and cause confusion to the officers and men.
