抚钢研制的1.2085模具钢在锻制大模块时预硬化硬度超出要求范围。通过对此钢种进行酸浸试验、硬度检验、成分分析、热处理试验等,研究了1.2085模具钢宏观成分偏析对预硬化硬度的影响。结果表明:宏观成分偏析主要是C及S元素,且C偏析影响预硬化硬度,正偏析部位硬度高,负偏析部位硬度低;钢锭尺寸愈大,影响愈明显,热处理亦无法消除这种影响。
Fushun developed 1.2085 die steel in the forging of large modules pre-hardened hardness than the required range. Through the acid leaching test, hardness test, composition analysis and heat treatment test, the influence of macro component segregation of 1.2085 die steel on pre-hardened hardness was studied. The results show that the segregation of macroscopic components is mainly C and S, and the segregation of C affects pre-hardened hardness. The hardness of the positive segregation site is high and the hardness of the negative segregation site is low. The larger the steel ingot size is, the more obvious the influence is and the heat treatment can not eliminate this effect.
