本文测定了59例8~15岁单纯肥胖儿的血脂、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白ApoA_1,ApoB_(100)的含量.30名正常同龄非肥胖儿作为对照组.肥胖组TG、LDL、VLDL明显高于对照组(P<0.01),TC、APOB_(100)轻度升高(P<0.05)。而HDL及亚组份ApoA_1明显低于对照组(P<0.01).ApoA_1/ApoB_(100)比率在肥胖组下降(P<0.01).肥胖儿进行了体脂分布的测量和计算并与血脂、脂蛋白、ApoA_1、ApoB_(100)进行了相关分析。结果表明TG、LDL、VLDL、ApoB_(100)与体脂公布呈显著正相关(P<0.01).而HDL及ApoA_1与体脂公布呈负相关(P<0.01).其中关系最明显的是腰/臀比例(WHR).结果提示单纯肥胖儿血脂有变化且与体脂分布密切相关.
The content of lipoprotein, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein ApoB_ (100) in 59 obese children aged from 8 to 15 were measured in this study.30 normal non-obese children of the same age were used as control group.The levels of TG, LDL and VLDL in obesity group were significantly higher In the control group (P <0.01), TC and APOB_ (100) increased slightly (P <0.05). (P <0.01) .ApoA_1 / ApoB_ (100) ratio decreased in obesity group (P <0.01) .The body fat distribution in obese children were measured and calculated and compared with those in control group Lipoprotein, ApoA_1, ApoB_ (100) were analyzed. The results showed that TG, LDL, VLDL and ApoB_ (100) were significantly and positively correlated with body fat release (P <0.01), while HDL and ApoA_1 were negatively correlated with body fat release (P <0.01) / Hip ratio (WHR) .The results suggest that the changes of lipids in obese children are closely related to body fat distribution.
