本文以制取合格 Ti 粉为目的,在电解精炼过程中研究了影响结晶粒度的因素、合格 Ti 粉的粒度范围及提高这一粒度范围 Ti 粉收得率的条件。试验结果表明,阳极材料中的 AL 含量(6%)含量(4%)对阴极金属的细化效应比阳极电流密度要大许多,这乃是 AL 使阳、阴极极化程度较 Da 为大的结果。(-28目+80目)Ti 粉中的氧含量完全符合粉末冶金方法制造结构件的要求。在正交试验结果的基础上,以废海绵 Ti 为原料,选用了下述条件:NaCl:KCl=7:3;Da=0.154a/cm~2;D_R=1.59a/cm~2;t=800℃;电解时间=1.5小时;C_(Ti)=1.82%,进行了80A 的扩大试验,结果为:(-28目+80目)的 Ti 粉收得率高述74.02%、氧含量为0.07%左右。这就为制取廉价优质 Ti 粉开辟了道路,同时,也为电解精炼回收不合格废 Ti 带来了更大的经济效果。
In this paper, the preparation of qualified Ti powder for the purpose of the process of electrolytic refining studied the factors that affect the grain size, the size range of qualified Ti powder and Ti particles to improve the size range of the yield conditions. The experimental results show that the AL content (6%) in the anode material (4%) is much greater than the anode current density in the refinement of the cathode metal, which is the result that the polarization degree of anode and cathode is greater than that of Da result. (-28 mesh +80 mesh) Ti powder oxygen content in full compliance with the powder metallurgy method of manufacturing structural requirements. Based on the results of orthogonal test, waste sponge Ti was used as raw material, the following conditions were selected: NaCl = KCl = 7: 3, Da = 0.154a / cm ~ 2, D_R = 1.59a / 800 ℃; electrolysis time = 1.5 hours; C_ (Ti) = 1.82%, and the expansion test of 80A was carried out. The results showed that the recovery rate of Ti powder was 74.02% and the oxygen content was 0.07 %about. This opens up the way for the preparation of low-cost high-quality Ti powder, and at the same time, brings greater economic benefits to the electrolytic refining and recycling of unqualified scrap Ti.
