作为本次报道的第二站,记者来到了上海和杭州,它们都位于长三角经济圈内,是目前中国最具经济活力的地区,这股活力体现在汽车市场上,一方面是各品牌的竞争日趋激烈,另一方面,车主对售后服务的需求也更趋多元化。东南汽车作为国内知名汽车品牌,在该地区各大城市都设有自己的经销商。这些经销商在多年的市场竞争中练就了一身硬本领,无论是硬件投资还是人员培训,本地区的经销商都走在了东南汽车全国各家“4S”店的前列。多年来,这里凭借良好的投资环境吸引了众多台商。同样具有台资背景的东南汽车在这一地区投入重兵——仅江浙两省就建立了9个一级经销商,这些经销商带动周边的“4S”店及其特约服务站一同构筑了东南汽车在长三角地区的服务体系。
