校企合作是技工院校培养技能人才的必由之路,是被实践证明了的成功的技能人才培养模式。校企合作的基础是互利双赢,利益驱动是合作的内在动力。但由于没有体制、机制和制度的保障,校企合作普遍存在企业缺乏积极性、合作关系不对等、合作风险较大等问题,很难实现自我发展和自我完善。因此建立校企之间的利益机制,激发企业参与人才培养的积极性,是解决校企合作形式化问题的根本途径。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is the only way to cultivate skilled personnel in technical colleges and universities. It is a successful training model of skilled personnel proved by practice. The basis of school-enterprise cooperation is mutual benefit and win-win and interest-driven cooperation is the intrinsic motivation. However, since there is no guarantee of system, mechanism and system, problems such as lack of enthusiasm in enterprises, unequal cooperation relations and greater cooperation risks are common to school-enterprise cooperation, making it difficult to achieve self-development and self-improvement. Therefore, to establish the interest mechanism between schools and enterprises and to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in personnel training is the fundamental way to solve the formalization of school-enterprise cooperation.
