病案管理是医疗质量管理的重要组成部分,是医院管理的核心内容之一,绩效考核是医院管理的重要手段。某公立医院于2014年施行了基于平衡记分卡的绩效考核,某院对临床医生及科主任的病案专项考核方案针对病案管理工作中存在的实际问题,以提升病案服务质量和服务效率为目标,兼顾直接责任与管理责任,通过考核建立有效的激励约束机制,充分调动员工的积极性,有效保护医患双方的合法权益。该方案的设计与实施经验,可供医院管理者共同探讨病案服务和医院绩效考核工作的持续改进。
Medical record management is an important part of medical quality management and one of the core contents of hospital management. Performance evaluation is an important means of hospital management. In 2014, a public hospital implemented a performance assessment based on a balanced scorecard. In a hospital, the special case assessment program for clinicians and section chiefs aimed at actual problems in medical record management, with the objective of improving medical service quality and service efficiency, Both direct responsibility and management responsibility should be taken into consideration. Effective incentive and restraint mechanisms should be established through examination to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. The program’s design and implementation experience allows hospital managers to jointly explore continual improvements in medical record services and hospital performance reviews.
