纵观现代石油工业近一个半世纪的发展历史,世界石油供求矛盾时起时伏,关于石油的国际争斗时隐时现,国际石油价格时涨时落,并呈现阶段性波动。从全球范围来看,国际油价的起伏主要分为几大阶段。
Looking at the development history of the modern petroleum industry for nearly a century and a half, the contradiction between supply and demand in the world has fluctuated from time to time. The international battle over oil has been on the horizon. International oil prices have risen and gone up and fluctuated in stages. From a global perspective, the ups and downs of international oil prices can be divided into several major stages.
