夫妻财产制度又称婚姻财产制度,是规定夫妻财产关系的法律制度,又是婚姻法的重要组成部分,夫妻财产制度明确了婚姻当事人各方对婚姻和家庭的法律责任,对夫妻双方、家庭、整个社会都有重要意义。它包含夫妻关系的设立、变更与废止,双方婚前财产和婚后财产的归属、管理、使用、收益、处分以及家庭生活费用的负担,夫妻债务的清偿、婚姻终止时财产的清算和分割等问题的法律制度。本文主要通过三个部分进行分析:首先阐述我国夫妻财产制度的现状和历史发展沿革;其次是现行的夫妻财产制度的进步和缺陷;最后提出完善我国夫妻财产制度的建议。
