本文针对当前物业税开征的必要性进行了讨论,然后在SWOT分析的基础上,结合物业税的内部优势与劣势和外部的机会与威胁,对开征物业税提出了政策建议与探讨。
This article discusses the necessity of the current property tax levying. Then based on SWOT analysis, combined with the internal advantages and disadvantages of property tax and the external opportunities and threats, this paper puts forward policy suggestions and discussion on the introduction of property tax.
