随着电网工程造价精益化管理不断深化,传统的电网工程造价管理方式也亟需创新。本文结合BIM技术在工程造价领域的应用现状,首先分析了BIM技术在电网工程造价管理中应用的适用性,然后从全过程造价管理的角度,分别研究在电网工程决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工五个阶段基于BIM技术的造价管理模式,最后从政策引导、行业标准、BIM平台建设、BIM人才培养四个方面提出BIM技术在电网工程造价管理中的应用建议,为未来BIM技术在电网工程造价管理中的应用推广提供有价值的参考。
With the deepening of the lean management of grid project cost, the traditional way of grid project cost management is in urgent need of innovation. Based on the application status of BIM technology in the field of engineering cost, this paper firstly analyzes the applicability of BIM technology in grid project cost management.
