介绍一种血容积变化无创血压测量方法,给出了原理框图并进行了原理分析,研究了利用手指血容积变化进行无创测量血压的机制。理论分析和实验结果表明气囊压力的改变所引起的手指血容积变化,具有明显的可用于判别收缩压和舒张压的特征点,且易于计算机识别与处理。随着进一步的研究和完善,该种方法有可能成为一种更好和更科学的无创血压测量方法。
This paper introduces a blood volume change non-invasive blood pressure measurement method, gives a functional block diagram and conducts a principle analysis, and studies the non-invasive measurement of blood pressure using finger blood volume changes. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that changes in the blood volume of the finger caused by changes in the balloon pressure have distinct feature points that can be used to discriminate between systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, and are easy to identify and handle by the computer. With further research and improvement, this method may become a better and more scientific method of noninvasive blood pressure measurement.
