一、自动测试系统与接口测试仪器的智能化,测试系统的自动化不仅节省人力,提高效率,而且能使测试精度大大提高。在一个自动测试系统中,各设备之间是通过接口相互连接起来的,计算机对各个仪器设备的控制以及各设备之间的数据传输也是通过接口来进行的。常见的接口有RS-232-C串行接口,8BIT-DX并行接口和IEEE-488接口等。IEEE-488接口也称为GP-IB接口,是一种国际标准的工业接口,主要用于自动化测试仪表。要想把计算机和这些智能仪器连接起来,对他们进行控制和数据交换,计算机本身也必须配有IEEE-488接口。二、用TP-801单板机实现IEEE-488软接口
