将流体动力学分析软件CFD与有限元软件ANSYS相结合,对挪威Borregarrd Trlandsfoss水电站机组的卧式双轮混流式水轮机转轮在额定工况和最大载荷工况下的强度进行了静力分析,并计算出了其应力和位移分布情况。结果表明,两种工况下,叶片出水边与上冠连接处均出现了非常明显的应力集中;最大等效应力均出现于转轮叶片出水边与上冠连接处,此处易产生疲劳破坏;最大位移均出现于下环处,即对振动较敏感的部位。
The hydrodynamic analysis software CFD and finite element software ANSYS are combined to analyze the strength of the horizontal double-Francis turbine in the condition of rated load and maximum load of Borregarrd Trlandsfoss hydropower station in Norway , And calculated its stress and displacement distribution. The results show that under both conditions, there is a very obvious stress concentration at the junction between the outlet of the blade and the crown, and the maximum equivalent stress appears at the junction between the outlet of the rotor blade and the crown, where fatigue failure is easy to occur ; The maximum displacement appear in the ring at the place, that is more sensitive to vibration sites.
