沙门菌是一种常见的食品污染物并导致食源性细菌疾病的病原体。由于缺乏有效的免疫预防措施,严格的生物安全是排除疾病的唯一选择。本文综述细菌培养法、免疫学方法、环介导等温扩增技术、聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法等检测沙门菌的方法,着重介绍PCR技术在国内外的应用现状。
Salmonella is a common food contamination and causes pathogens of food borne bacterial disease. Due to the lack of effective immunoprophylaxis, strict biosecurity is the only option to rule out the disease. This article reviews the methods of bacterial culture, immunological methods, ring-mediated isothermal amplification, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry for the detection of Salmonella. Emphasis is placed on introducing PCR techniques at home and abroad The application of the status quo.
