利用光束传输矩阵方法,计算了折迭式激光器共振腔内光束半径分布和模体积与转折反射镜曲率半径、气体负透镜参数α的关系.结果表明,由于气体负透镜效应,放电长度较长的气体激光器,采用折迭式腔结构,不仅缩短了空间长度,而且对保证共振腔工作在低损耗区域,从而获得稳定高功率输出是具有重要意义的.
