太平天国农民起义虽然披着宗教外衣,但它是一次农民阶级的革命。中国农民阶级的理想和愿望通过《天朝田亩制度》得到了比较完备的表现,也通过《资政新篇》预示了中国社会由小农业向大工业迈进的前景。
Although the peasant uprising in the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom was draped in a religious coat, it was a peasant class revolution. The ideals and aspirations of the Chinese peasantry have been fairly well demonstrated through the system of land in Tian Tian field and also foreshadowed the prospect of Chinese society moving from small-scale agriculture to large-scale industry through the new chapter of capitalism.
