《普通高中思想政治课程标准(实验)》提出思想政治课的三维目标,即知识目标、能力目标、情感态度与价值观目标。三维目标尤其是情感态度与价值观目标的提出是新课程的一大突破与亮点,然而在日常教学中这一目标的实施却存在着空洞说教甚至被忽视的问题。有专家认为,情感态度与价值观目标是关系新课改能否成功的关键。那么,应该如何推进这一目标的实现呢?笔者认为除了需要教师进一步转变观念之外,还应遵循一定的思路与逻辑。
“Ordinary high school ideological and political curriculum standards (experiment)” put forward three-dimensional goals of the ideological and political course, that is, knowledge goals, ability goals, emotional attitudes and values goals. Three-dimensional goals, especially emotional attitudes and values, are the major breakthroughs and highlights of the new curriculum. However, the implementation of this goal in daily teaching has the problem of even empty teaching or even neglect. Some experts believe that emotional attitudes and values are the key to the success of the new curriculum reform. So, how to promote the realization of this goal? I believe that in addition to teachers need to further change their concepts, but also follow certain ideas and logic.
