目的调查云南省南涧县农村居民对国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目的满意度,在卫生行政部门机构改革的新形势下,为更好地开展国家免费孕前优生健康检查服务提出相应建议。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,选取该县3个乡127名已接受过服务的育龄妇女或男性为调查对象,对该项目的满意度进行面对面问卷调查。结果调查显示,被调查对象对国家免费孕前优生健康检查各服务项目“满意”的比例均高于78%。其中,不同性别对病史咨询的满意度评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄对“体格检查、知识咨询、服务态度”的满意度评价差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论该县的服务对象对国家免费孕前优生健康检查各服务项目的满意度较好,在技术设备和妊娠结局随访等服务方面还有改进空间。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of the rural residents in Nanjian County of Yunnan Province on the health checkup project of prenatal prenatal eugenics in China. Under the new situation of the institutional reform of the health administrative department, this paper puts forward some suggestions to better carry out the national free prenatal eugenics health checkup service. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves. 127 women of childbearing age or men who had received service in 3 townships of this county were selected as survey subjects, and questionnaires were conducted on the satisfaction of the project. Results of the survey showed that the respondents were more than 78% of the “satisfactory” service items of the pre-pregnancy health check for prenatal care in the surveyed countries. Among them, there was significant difference in the satisfaction evaluation of medical history counseling between different genders (P <0.05), and there was significant difference in satisfaction evaluation of “physical examination, knowledge consultation and service attitude” among different ages (P <0.05). Conclusion The clients of this county are satisfied with the service items of the national prenatal euthygiene health examination. There is still room for improvement in such services as technical equipment and follow-up of pregnancy outcomes.
