音乐教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,其音乐的美育功能、音乐性应是着重发展的。作为未来音乐教育实施者的音乐教师——高师音乐教育专业学生专业技能强,音乐感受性却不足,将限制音乐美育教学效果的实现。如充分发挥院团结合人才培养模式中团校的资源优势以及自身院校的理论优势,可弥补音乐教育专业学生音乐审美能力的不足,加强对音乐的感受力、鉴赏力、观察力、表现力和创造力,促进其专业素质的提高。
