目的 :评价吲哚青绿眼底血管造影 (IndocyanineGreenAngiography ,ICGA)在诊断视网膜大动脉瘤(RetinalMacroaneurysm)中的作用。方法 :使用德国HEIDELBERGENGINEERING生产的海德堡眼底血管造影仪(HRA) ,对两例临床分别诊断为老年性黄斑变性和眼底出血的患者 ,进行同步的眼底荧光血管造影 (FundusFluoresceinAngiography,FFA)和ICGA造影检查。结果 :由于出血的遮蔽 ,FFA未见动脉期瘤体充盈的典型表现 ,但与其同步进行的ICGA却显示出动脉主干上瘤样结节状高荧光。结论 :与FFA相比 ,ICGA可提高视网膜大动脉瘤的诊断率 ,是FFA的必要补充。
Objective: To evaluate the role of Indocyanine Green Angiography (ICGA) in the diagnosis of retinal aneurysm. Methods: Heidelberg fundus angiography (HRA) made by HEIDELBERGENGINEERING in Germany was used to perform fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and ICGA radiography in two patients with clinically diagnosed age-related macular degeneration and retinal hemorrhage. Results: Due to the occlusion of hemorrhage, FFA showed no typical aneurysm filling. However, the ICGA with which it was performed showed tumor-like nodular hyperfluorescence on the arterial trunk. Conclusion: Compared with FFA, ICGA can improve the diagnosis of retinal aneurysm, which is a necessary complement to FFA.
