通过工业试验、热力学计算对氧气转炉采用石灰石造渣炼钢过程中的硅挥发现象进行了研究。发现硅除了以SiO_2形式进入渣中外,还会被氧化为低价的气态SiO进入烟尘。估算得出本次工业试验中硅挥发的比例为6.8%~41.0%。通过热力学分析可知硅挥发率随CaCO_3的加入量呈现先升高后降低的趋势;为提高硅的挥发率,可提高开吹后头批石灰石的加入量。
Through industrial experiments and thermodynamic calculations, the phenomenon of silicon volatilization in the process of lime slag slagging steelmaking was studied. Found that silicon in addition to the SiO 2 form into the slag, but also will be oxidized into low-cost gaseous SiO into the dust. It is estimated that the ratio of silicon volatilization in this industrial test is 6.8% ~ 41.0%. Through the thermodynamic analysis, it can be seen that the volatilization rate of silicon increases firstly and then decreases with the addition of CaCO_3. To increase the volatilization rate of silicon, the addition of limestone in the first batch can be increased.
